    A new joint venture initiated by Cyber Security, Corporate Security & Crisis Management initiative (C3I) turned in a great success, confirms why C3I is a leader in the region in promoting a whole of society collaboration approach Partnering with the Military Academy ’’General Mihailo Apostolski’’ – Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia and the ’’Little Mama Labs’’ from Bosnia and Herzegovina, The C3I is hosting an Advanced Training Course, streaming live from Ohrid from 27th September to October the 1st 2021.

    ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE (ATC) ’’STRENGTHENING SEE RESILIENT CYBER DEFENSE AGAINST HYBRID THREATS’’ SUPPORTED BY NATO SPS PROGRAMME-2ND WORKING DAY (28.09.2021)

      The second block of the ATC addressed hybrid threats via cyberspace posed by state actors. The states’ methods of abusing cyberspace in combining military and non-military as well as covert and overt means including the propaganda during the deployment of irregular armed groups and use of regular forces. Special focus was given to methods of disinformation, cyber-attacks, economic pressure caused by cyberspace activities, cyber diplomatic activities and methods of (ab)use of modern technologies in achieving strategic ends. During this block of the ATC, trainees are provided with the mechanisms used by the state and non-state actors to develop the advanced hybrid threats as well as the latest efforts and best practices to counter hybrid based threats via cyberspace.

      ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE (ATC) ’’STRENGTHENING SEE RESILIENT CYBER DEFENSE AGAINST HYBRID THREATS’’ SUPPORTED BY NATO SPS PROGRAMME-3RD WORKING DAY (29.09.2021)

        During Block – III, trainees have learned how non-state actors use hybrid methods via cyberspace. Experts have addressed terrorist radicalization, recruitment and propaganda via cyberspace. Trainees were given the opportunity to understand NATO and NATO Members’ best practices and cooperation in countering terrorists’ cyberspace activities as a means to an end in building a resilient cyber defence.
